Jennifer proudly identifies as an Aboriginal person from the Dabee tribe of the Wiradjuri People.

She began her career in 2011 as an Assistant Nurse in Aged Care until becoming a Registered Nurse in 2016. Since registration, she has gained experience within the community sector including general practice, community young care, clinical care services, and management. Jennifer then went on to work alongside the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission whereby she analysed provider systems and processes in line with their Quality Standards.

Currently, at Amergin, Jennifer works alongside Australian-wide community organisations by supporting them with business start-ups, ongoing compliance, quality management, and everything in between.
